The Express5800/D120h, a high-density dual-socket modular server, offers outstanding performance, scalability, and high-density mounting capability. Supporting the new high-performance and energy efficient Intel® Xeon® Processor Scalable Family, high speed DDR4-2666 memory, and agent-less management capability in a half width chassis, the D120h delivers the right balance of performance and features for scale-out computing.

Featuring up to two of the Intel® Xeon® Processor Scalable family with up to 26-core and 35.75 MB cache, up to 2 TB of DDR4-2666 memory, up to three PCIe 3.0 slots, and up to 12 TB or 24 TB of storage capacity, the D120h is ideal for high performance computing, big data analysis, and hyper-converged infrastructure.

With up to four or two dual-processor servers with up to 16 DIMMs slots, up to three PCIe 3.0 slots, and six or 12 drive bays in 2U rack space, the D120h allows you to mount twice as many servers in the same space comparing with a traditional 1U or 2U rack servers.

The Express5800/D120h helps to reduce IT expense with NEC’s innovative features. The agent-less remote monitoring feature minimizes administrator time and effort of by allowing staff to monitor and receive server status notifications from remote sites without dedicated management software.
