Mr Rezaul joined IOM in 1997 and has since guided the company’s transformation from an Office Automation provider to a leading Information & Communication Technology solutions company. His vision and business acumen have driven IOM’s success with global brands such as Toshiba, NEC, Zebra Technologies, ACCO Brands and Riso in the Bangladesh market.
His passion for technology and innovation has positioned IOM as a trusted Digital Solution Provider, focusing on differentiated services, product-based offerings, and customer-centric value creation.
Rezaul promotes an entrepreneurial and transparent work culture built on respect, freedom of thought, and accountability. Under his leadership, IOM continues to grow through a blend of experience, flexibility, innovation, and integrity — the core of its organizational DNA.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from South East Asia Union College (affiliated with Walla Walla University, Washington, USA) and a Master’s in Business Administration from Stamford University, Bangladesh.

Shahnaz Begum is the Director of Service Operations at International Office Machines Limited (IOM). She completed her Master’s in English and joined the Board in 1999.
With over 25 years of experience, she leads IOM’s service department with dedication and strategic insight. Her strong relationship-building skills with both new and existing customers have significantly enhanced the company’s service quality.
Ms. Shahnaz plays a key role in the creation, optimization, and overall growth of IOM. Her visionary leadership continues to strengthen IOM’s reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Gulnaz Shahid is the Director of Overall Operations at International Office Machines Limited (IOM). She holds a Master’s in Mass Communication and Journalism and joined the Board in 2001.
She is dedicated to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of IOM’s office environment for both employees and customers, fostering a positive and productive workspace.
Ms. Gulnaz ensures that the business needs of management and employees are clearly understood and effectively addressed, supporting the organization’s continued growth and harmony.
Asma Begum is the Director of Sales & Marketing at International Office Machines Limited (IOM). She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Business Administration and joined the Board in 2004.
With extensive experience in client relations, strategic planning, and team leadership, she has been instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and business growth. Her leadership has built a high-performing sales team that consistently exceeds targets.
Ms. Asma’s achievements include the “Best in Business Growth Award” (2009), RISO Gold Awards for Yearly Target Achievement in 2014, and NEC Sales Product Archive Awards received three times between 2013 and 2016.
