Manager - Sales & Operations (Food & Beverage)

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Production & Supply Chain Oversight: Supervise and coordinate production planning, inventory control, and raw material sourcing
  2. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and compliance metrics are met
  3. Lead supply chain efficiency initiatives to reduce costs and wastage
  4. Logistics & Distribution: Manage third-party logistics (3PL), warehouse operations, and delivery timeline
  5. Oversee transport scheduling, route optimization, and dispatch tracking
  6. Monitor stock levels at distributor and warehouse points to avoid stock outs or overages
  7. Process Optimization & Compliance: Design and implement SOPs across production and warehouse operations
  8. Ensure compliance with food safety, labor, and regulatory standards (BSTI, BFSA, etc.)Drive lean process improvement projects and cost-efficiency models
  9. Team Management & Cross-Function Coordination:
  10. Lead, train, and manage factory and warehouse teams
  11. Work closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement & Marketing for seamless coordination
  12. Troubleshoot daily operational bottlenecks and suggest quick resolutions

Assistant Manager - Marketing & Brand (Food & Beverage)

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Brand Strategy & Execution
  2. Assist in shaping the Cocojoy brand narrative across digital and offline platforms
  3. Lead branding initiatives, campaign launches, and seasonal promotions
  4. Work closely with design and creative teams to maintain consistent brand voice
  5. Digital Marketing & Social Media
  6. Develop content calendars, digital campaigns, and influencer collaborations
  7. Monitor campaign performance and report on key KPIs (reach, engagement, ROAS)
  8. Stay ahead of F&B trends, viral moments, and competitor activityTrade & Retail Marketing
  9. Coordinate POSM, visibility tools, and in-store activations
  10. Collaborate with Sales team on regional marketing plans and events
  11. Ensure strong product presence across modern trade & general trade
  12. Consumer Insights & ResearchConduct surveys, gather feedback, and analyze consumer behavior
  13. Track competitor positioning and market movement
  14. Turn insights into actionable brand decisionsVendor & Stakeholder Management
  15. Liaise with agencies, event partners, designers, and printersManage budgets and ensure timely execution of projects

  4. Develop and execute effective sales plans to meet assigned targets.
  5. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align solutions with client requirements.
  6. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in line with company policies.
  7. Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and technical briefings as needed.
  8. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
  9. Maintain accurate client records, pipelines, and activity reports in CRM systems.
