Approval Processing
Ensure that all data passing through the system is 100% correct, having been reviewed and corrected with human intervention. A must for mission critical line-of-business workflows for which there cannot be any variances in OCR and analysis.
Through automated approval processes, documents are scanned into the system, initiating a workflow process. Condition-based approval process ensures staff are able to have line-of-sight for critical business documents when their input is required.
Full visibility is provided to other related documents required to complete the process as well as offering other people involved in the process the ability to see what’s going on. No more running around the office trying to find out where the document or file is.

e-Archive Verification Workflow: Invoice data is “smart” extracted from different type, scan jobs go always to verification station where person in charge will approve/rejected checking and verifying smart extracted data, then going to different folder based on if approved or not approved.

- Documents are submitted to e-Archive for approval.
- Individual approving officer will be notify automatically and routed to next approving officer by order or sequence.
- Upon approval, user will receive an email notification.
